• Advisory Support from Boards: We consult with esteemed scholars from reputable financial institutions across the UAE, KSA, Egypt, and Pakistan for guidance on specific contractual provisions or compliance questions. This case-by-case consultation is integral to our commitment to Sharia values.

• Investment Screening: We refrain from investing in businesses whose core activities are fundamentally non-compliant with our principles, such as traditional lending, insurance, or those involving prohibited substances. However, we may consider ventures whose primary activities align with our values, even if they have limited exposure to non-compliant products.

While we may not control future rounds beyond our initial investment, we strive to influence subsequent structures through active board participation and our role as advisors and partners to founders.
